  • The cards arrived this morning shortly after 9am, and are perfect. Despite the errors with printing and shipping, I appreciate that your company made it a priority to correct the problem quickly. From the beginning of our correspondence, you have not only been generous in your assistance, but professional and knowledgeable in assessing my needs regarding choosing the appropriate materials for the desired outcome I had in mind, and for my budget (ie. offset printing vs digital for a solid colour, and the matte laminate on digital was a perfect solution).

    I want to express most importantly that I appreciate the value you have toward your client, no matter how big or small. I have dealt with a small number of businesses over the last couple years (print and other) who do not connect with the concept of the value of the independent entrepreneurial entering their chosen profession or market. The music industry I am connected to is almost completely based on networking and word of mouth, and those who make efforts and decisions based on common courtesy and respect, can only benefit through repeated and continued business.
